It means that we guarantee that your SAP Integrated website will have no more than 43 minutes of unplanned downtime per month.
Starting with our world class SAS-70 Type II certified data center, adding our redundant infrastructure and automated monitoring and fail-over procedures, we’ve actually been able to routinely exceed the 99.9% availability guaranteed in our Service Level Agreement.
And, as part of our culture of transparency, we’re now holding ourselves accountable monthly to our 99.9% availability commitment in public.
You gave us a heads up about potential issues before they impacted our customers. It’s nice to know that someone else is looking at my system.
