In November, we started tracking a few key data points on the volume of eCommerce transactions that our cloud-based platform processes each month.
We were inspired by a prediction from Forrester Research that B2C eCommerce revenues will be more than double those of B2C eCommerce in 2013.
We are certainly seeing that trend from our perspective. We just compiled our stats for December and for all of 2012. The graphic below is based on:
- Total revenue processed on our clients’ B2B eCommerce sites
- Total orders placed on our clients’ B2B eCommerce sites
- Total number of real-time SAP interactions (between our clients’ SAP systems and their B2B eCommerce sites)
- Total number of countries, currencies, and languages our B2B eCommerce sites support.
